Open Source / Free Software developer
This series is currently stable and includes a number of new features relative to the 0.8 branch.
This series will only receive security updates and fixes for major bugs.
Older downloads are available below. Files are signed with PGP key 10E0AFC1.
Security fixes will generally be provided for the latest supported releases only. Currently, the 0.8 and 0.9 series will receive updates for any security problems found. See the security page for more details.
The nss-pam-ldapd development repository is also available through Git with:
git clone https://arthurdejong.org/git/nss-pam-ldapd
The repository is browsable and also synced
to Github.
Commits for the 0.8 branch still go to the Subversion repository but the Git repository is automatically updated. The Subversion repository is browsable through viewvc and available through svn (read-only) with https://arthurdejong.org/svn/nss-pam-ldapd/.
Binary packages should be abvailable for Debian, Ubuntu, FreeBSD, Red Hat, Fedora Core, Slackware, Gentoo and others. These packages are provided by the distributors and may not be updated as frequently and may contain distribution-specific patches.
The packages in Debian should be updated reasonably fast when a new release comes out. On installation these packages prompt the user for configuration information with sensible defaults based on information present on the system.
Please report any bugs to the distributor. Distributors are encouraged to forward any bug reports or patches to nss-pam-ldapd-users@lists.arthurdejong.org.
