Release 0.8.9 of nss-pam-ldapd

This is an update for the 0.8 series that includes a few compatibility improvements and some work on the pynslcd implementation. The 0.8 series is getting more and more stable and there are not many issues reported. It will be stabilised now with work continuing on the pynslcd implementation.

A summary of the changes since 0.8.8:

• allow the pam_authz_search option to be specified multiple times
• improvements to pynslcd adding support for pam_authz_search
• implement extra range checking of all numeric values
• make documentation up-to-date
• compatibility improvements, especially for FreeBSD
