I'm transitioning my GPG keys from an old 1024-bit DSA key to my
newer 4096-bit RSA key. The old key will continue to be valid
for some time, but I prefer to collect any new signatures on the
new key.

This transition message is signed with both keys to validate the
transition.

If you have signed my old 1024D/9F8D08A7 key, I would appreciate
signatures on my 10E0AFC1 RSA/4096 new key as well.
